A Haven on Orchard Lane

cover83817-mediumSome things are just best left alone. For Charlotte Ward, that rings even truer after a rather messy jumpstart for her acting career. When her daughter comes into her life to help the mother who has been pretty much absent in her life, a learning experience begins.

I’ve read only one title by Lawana Blackwell (that I recall) and it’s been awhile but I do remember enjoying the book. So with that in mind I dove into this title with high hopes. I wasn’t disappointed. This author has a great talent with words and the ability to weave a story. Plus it’s history. Win-win. With emotion and surprises you’ll be turning the pages of this one well into the night. Good read.
