Tessa Taylor has made some bad choices in the past, but she’s ready to move on and create a new life for herself. And she means to stay away from lighthouses. But what happens when a lighthouse and its keepers come her way? Between wrestling personal issues, her past threatening to come forward and her job challenged, Tessa will have to find new strength to make it through her new trials.
We first met Tessa Taylor in Hearts Made Whole where she proved to be quite the trial for her poor elder sister. It was pretty rough and I was ready to shout some advice to Tessa multiple times. When I realized that book two was Tessa’s story I had some misgivings. But wow, has she changed. I would go so far to say that Undaunted Hope was better than it’s big sister. I love love loved this story. The history, the sarcasm, the tough decisions, the brutal land people dealt with, everything! I can easily seem coming back to this book in the near future.
